Judith Leiber Couture Repair Policy

At Judith Leiber Couture, we strive to maintain the integrity and quality of our products. However, due to certain limitations, we have established the following repair policy:

Repair Services: Judith Leiber Couture does not offer restoration or refurbishment services for our bags. We are dedicated to preserving the original craftsmanship and design of each piece, and therefore, do not engage in altering the fundamental structure of our products.

Eligibility Criteria: Bags that are beyond 10 years old are ineligible for our repair service. This is due to the unavailability of raw materials and discontinued crystal colors necessary for maintaining the authenticity and standard of our products.

Alternative Solutions: While we are unable to repair bags beyond the specified timeframe, we understand the sentimental value attached to each Judith Leiber piece. In such cases, we encourage customers to explore alternative solutions, such as seeking assistance from reputable third-party repair specialists who may offer restoration services compatible with our products.

Quality Assurance: We assure our customers that all Judith Leiber Couture products undergo rigorous quality checks before leaving our facilities. However, should you encounter any manufacturing defects within 15 days upon receipt, please contact our Digital Concierge for assistance.

Customer Care: Our dedicated Digital Concierge team is available to address any inquiries or concerns regarding your Judith Leiber Couture purchase. Whether you require product maintenance advice or assistance, we are committed to providing exceptional service to ensure your satisfaction.

While we regret any inconvenience caused by these limitations, we remain steadfast in our commitment to upholding the legacy of Judith Leiber Couture and delivering unparalleled quality to our valued customers. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

We will have you send in the bag for a proper assessment by our Repair
Artisans. Once the bag is received, it will be evaluated to confirm that
it can be repaired and if so, we will inform you of the total cost for
your approval. We value the hand-crafted nature of our products, which
does require us to review the bag in person.

For repairs within the United States, we ask that you complete an
Assessment Fee of $100.00 for each bag. This fee also includes shipping
and handling both ways as well as the insurance cost. If you decide to
move forward with a repair, this $100.00 fee will be credited towards
the total repair cost. For international repairs, the Assessment Fee is
$200.00 as a result of the higher cost of shipping.

We will send you a secure link to your email address through
Authorize.net to complete the invoice for the Assessment Fee and fill
out your contact information. Once it has been submitted, we will
provide you with a prepaid shipping label via email to send in your
repair. After our artisans have finished their assessment, we will send
you an estimate for the total repair cost for your approval. When the
repair is completed, we will send an invoice for the balance of the
repair and ship your bag back to you.

Please note that repairs take approximately 6 months to complete and must follow the queue in which they are received. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
