All orders made on JudithLeiber.com will be shipped via UPS. Orders placed by 2 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on business days will be shipped the same day. All others will be shipped the following business day.

Returns
Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your JudithLeiber.com purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund any unused merchandise accompanied by the original receipt within 10 days from the date of original purchase. Judith Leiber LLC has sole discretion in determining whether the merchandise being returned is in its original condition.
All sale merchandise is final sale. All jewelry and fragrance sales are final sale.

Repairs
Talented and quality-conscious individuals produce Judith Leiber Handbags by hand. However, occasionally a product may need repair. While Judith Leiber LLC does not give a lifetime guarantee on any product, we do have a repair facility.
We will do our best to repair items that are submitted, but please understand that not all submissions can be repaired due to the extent of the damage and/or wear and tear, nor can they be restored to their original state.
Regrettably, the Judith Leiber Repair Center is unable to accommodate the following services:
Leather, exotic skin and satin bag refurbishment
Shoe repair
Belt and jewelry repair
Eyewear repair*
*Eyewear must be taken back to the point of purchase for repairs/repair inquiries.
The decision on whether or not a product can be repaired is at the sole discretion of our repair team. Judith Leiber LLC reserves the right to refuse any repair.
It is our policy that all items for repair are returned to the store where they were originally purchased. If that is not possible or your purchase was made at JudithLeiber.com, you need to contact our repair center at the below to request a repair authorization number:

Once you have a repair authorization number, please ship your bag to the address that will be provided. Please note: We are not responsible for damages or loss during shipment. Please insure your shipment and keep a copy of your tracking number. Personal deliveries or pickups will not be accepted.
If we are able to repair your Judith Leiber handbag, then there is a MINIMUM CHARGE OF $50.00 per item. You will be contacted 2-4 weeks after receipt with an estimate for the repair charges, either by email, fax or phone call.
In the event we are not able to repair your Judith Leiber handbag, then we simply charge you a shipping and handling fee prior to returning the item.
