RETURNS
ReturnsWe want you to be completely satisfied with your Judith Lieber experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your judithlieber.com purchase, complete the Returns Form included with your order and return the item or items to us (in their original condition) within 30 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding original shipping charges).
To receive full returns credit, all Returns must be in their Original Condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged), and with original tags and packing materials.
Returns outside of the 30-day returns period will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Refunds will be issued in the same tender and currency as the original purchase.

Please note: The Returned Items are your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a trackable and insurable shipping carrier. Except in the case of defective merchandise, Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please allow 2 - 4 weeks from receipt of your return for the credit to appear on the same account you used for purchase. It can typically take 1 to 2 billing cycles for returns credit to appear on your account.
